Archithug started in 2022 as my personal creative space to publish ideas and designs about architecture. The name comes from the "poeteppisti" (poet-thugs), a group of people I came across who wrote poems on shop windows and stuck texts on gates to show how powerful words can be. In those areas, people started going to bookshops more often and used the poems as ice-breakers to start a conversation. And I asked myself: are architects able to do the same thing with space instead?

I think we can, but the answer is also behind more technological methods of producing architecture. That's the reason why I'm interested in using technology to improve the existing built and natural environment. I completed a BSc in Architecture, Regeneration and Sustainability at the University of Parma (Italy) in 2024 and an MSc in Architecture at KU Leuven in 2026. I've just started learning computer science on my own so I can bring coding into my computational pipelines and design more efficiently.

I want to create places that respect traditions, cultures and memories that bring people together the way those poems did. I value the ability to think, judge and be critical as irreplaceable qualities that will be needed more and more in the future.
